DSS is a very successful surveying company specialising in Exploration, Mining, Engineering and GIS areas Australia wide. As part of the planned expansion and progression of DSS, the company requires a suitably qualified and experienced person for the position of Engineering Surveyor.

Your role will be to provide the highest quality engineering surveying to our existing client base that includes major construction companies, mining companies ,and State and Local Authorities, and to assist in expanding our Engineering Survey section of the company. To achieve this you will have formal qualifications in surveying, good written and oral communication, the ability to organise your work with minimal supervision, and sound technical surveying skills.

You will be responsible for organising your own work schedule, and ensuring timely delivery of a quality product to our clients. Excellent training in the company's Quality Management System, management support, and mentoring will be provided to the selected candidate to ensure a full understanding of the company's systems, goals and directions.

Knowledge of 12D and Autocad are an advantage, but training will be provided as necessary.

The salary package will be dependant on experience, qualifications and personal drive, and should fall in the range of $80-$100k annually

Reasonable relocation cost will be considered for the move to Yeppoon.
