DSS is a very successful surveying company specialising in Exploration, Mining, Engineering and GIS areas Australia wide. As part of the planned expansion and progression of DSS the company wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced person to the position of Survey Manager. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be part of a Management Team who are committed to taking the business into its next phase of development.

You will be involved in initial client contact, tendering, project planning, supervising of project managers, and ensuring timely delivery of projects to meet our Quality Management Standard.

Identifying and Developing new markets and client relationships, supporting a team of professionals, and reporting to the Managing Director are all part of this role.

Excellent training in the company's Quality Management System, management support, and mentoring will be provided to the selected candidate to ensure a full understanding of the company's systems, goals, and directions.

As this is a Senior Management Position, the salary package will be dependant on experience, qualifications and personal drive. Reasonable relocation cost will be considered for the move to Yeppoon.
